Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: October 2025
What we can delete
- Account profile (username, email, address, saved location).
- Uploaded files and chat logs within BuildAdvisor/Extractor.
- Order history and receipts (subject to legal retention obligations).
How to request deletion
- If you have an account, sign in and note your registered email.
- Email [email protected] with subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include: full name, registered email, and (optional) phone used for orders.
- We’ll verify ownership by reply and complete deletion or de-identification within 30 days, minus records we must retain to meet legal/accounting requirements.
If you don’t have an account but interacted with us (e.g., orders via phone/WhatsApp), email the details you provided so we can locate your records.
